I also went on the Sun Runner, Raging Rapids, The Howler, The Twister and Blue Thunder wave pool. We got a cabana while we were there too, it was neat.

We checked in to the Comfort Inn and then went to Boston Pizza for dinner, went shopping and then went to bed. Tomorrow we are driving to Winnipeg all day.

Today we drove to Calgaryit was so long and I cried during my very first movie and it was “A Walk to Remember” it was soo sad but a really great movie. When we got to Calgary we walked to Husky then watched “So You Think You Can Dance” and Musa got kicked off and he is so good but Dimitry should have been off. We just chilled for the rest of the day then went for sleep.

197936_5023802050_1340_nToday we went on an adventure around Salt Spring Island in the car, we saw different placesand ate lunch in a gazebo picnic area. Tyler got a weird rash on his foot called stinging nettle and Courtney’s face is blotchy.

We had dinner an then Tyler and dad went golfing so mom, Courtney and I stayed behindand played cards. Mom won Crazy 8’s, Golf and all the War games except for the last one that I won!

Court and I went for a swim, I swam all the way to the docks and back but Courtney was a chicken to swim to the docks. She swam to the first one and stayed there while I swam to the others. When I got to the big dock she asked if Tyler would get her in the paddle boat and he did. We went for a shower and went to bed.

Today was our last day at Ocean Villiage and we left at 11am today for Salt Spring Island. The drive was long winding and nauseating. Then we went on the ferry. Once we made it to our cabanas we went out for groceries. I read the rest of the evening and we had a campfire with mom, dad, Courtney, Tyler, Erin, Daniel, Uncle Al and Auntie Arlene.

British Columbia – Day 9

British Columbia – Day 9

208204_5023757050_8660_nToday we went to Long Beach jumped some waves and got all wet. Then we went to a little market place by Ocean Village and it had really nice jewelry. Then we went to Tofino and I bought a West Coast Long Beach shirt. When we got back to the cabin uncle Daryl had started our traditional sand castle then we built walls and motes to keep the tide away. Maddie and I built a village called Beach Village with huts and landscaping it was pro. Then we just let the tide take away the sand castle. Then we went swimming ad had a bonfire that some man shut down because “we’re not supposed to have fires after 11PM.” Whatever all the other fires we had that whole week went after 11PM so then we just went to bed.

British Columbia – Day 9

British Columbia – Day 8

208048_5023742050_7800_nToday we did some rock climbing walked in the ocean and went to the beach next to us, we hiked there. All the families came. When we got back we went to the pool until it closed and the had a campfire where uncle Al got drunk it was so funny, first he jumped over a log and fell over, we got him to go sniper bird hunting Tyler even gave him a call, he was sitting by the fire and out of nowhere he says “Holy mother of pearl its hot down here.” then he went up to his cain to shave then he comes back down all wet and we asked why and he says, “there’s a sprinkler system up there and you have to work your way around it.” It was funny. Tonight Kirsten and Halie slept over. I almost forgot to mention we went whale watching, we saw three gray whales and a humpback whale their names were Herbert, Stewart, Burt and Ernie. Whale watching was so cool and I would definitely do it again.
